Sales

We supply new and use product inspection equipment to help ensure our customers production lines have adequate prevention systems in place. Our Metal Detectors and Xray inspection systems can be custom built to suit our customers exact needs. Our range of checkweigher are ASQ compliant and offer high accuracy and superior quality. Our equipment scope includes;

• Weighing scales; and weighing equipment
• Checkweighers; standard in-motion machines and custom built solutions
• Metal Detectors; conveyor systems, gravity fall, and custom built
• Xray Inspection; xray for retail packs to large cartons,
• Combi systems; Checkweighers with either, Metal detectors / Xray and or vision inspection in a single system
• Conveyors; Product handling conveyors for mainly food products

Leasing

We provide our customers with leasing options for plant equipment such as Checkweigher, Metal Detectors & Xray inspection. Our customers can benefit from short term, or long term leasing options. Full training, installation and commissioning is offered to ensure the best outcome for our customers.

Short Term; we provide trained technicians to support short term leasing of machines in the case of recall or contamination investigations. This ensures that our customers have peace of mind knowing that trained professionals can manage adhoc product inspections during times of uncertainty when possible contamination is reported.

Long Term; we offer machines for periods of 1 month – 12 months and beyond with option to purchase the machines outright. When CapEX is not available, long term leasing is a great option to help preserve cash flow whilst benefiting from use of a new, best in class inspection machine.
