About Xavis X-Ray Inspection
The Xavis FSCAN series of X-ray inspection systems offers high-speed and high-performance inline inspection for detecting foreign materials that may have been introduced during the production process. Each system can automatically detect undesirable contaminants such as;
– metal;
– stone;
– ceramic;
– glass or;
– plastic with high density.
The system can detect missing or broken product, leakage, seal integrity and fill level — as standard via the easy-to-operate software. It can also find defects (voids and cracks) inside products that cannot be confirmed visually. Xavis machines can additionally examine omissions of sealed off products.
Designed for wet area use, the hygienic design of the FSCAN makes cleaning an effortless task. All components are designed to have quick-release mechanisms for easy disassembly during cleaning to minimum downtime on your production line. FSCAN-4280D – Pack Inspection
The 4000 series is a compact, high sensitivity x-ray inspection system that allows the user to inspect products in pack form traveling at high speeds along a production line.

The 4000 series can be constructed in various stainless steel finishes such as; mirror, 304L mat, 316L mat to suit your exact production requirements. The system can be supplied with a rejection station to safety remove the non-conforming product from the product line. The reject station is supplied with several control measures to ensure the production line does not allow defective product to pass by undetected. The reject bins have, as standard, reject confirmation sensors to ensure the product is rejected into the bin or else the conveyor will stop and the system will prompt for operator intervention. The bin also has bin-full sensors to alert the operator if a bin is almost full.
FSCAN-6280/6500D – Carton Inspection
The 6000 series is a rugger, high sensitivity x-ray inspection system that allows the user to inspect cartons or heavy 20kg bags thought a large aperture and scan tunnel.
